Daily programme summary

On 2 November Energy Conservation Day, government offices and academic campuses will conduct awareness activities to curb energy saving and unnecessary use of electrical appliances

On 3 November Water Conservation Day, a campaign will promote efficient water use, revival of traditional water systems and rain‑water harvesting

On 4 November under Sustainable Food System, activities will showcase sustainable agriculture, organic farming practices, traditional diet and millets to boost community outreach

On 5 November a special clean‑up drive will aim to stop single‑use plastic, adopt cloth bags and reusable items and collect plastic waste

On 6 November e‑waste management will raise awareness on proper collection, recycling and safe disposal of old electronic devices

On 7 November solid‑waste management, cleanliness drive, waste segregation and adoption of 3R (Reduce, Re‑use, Recycle) principles will be organised
