Rules for other festivals
According to District Collector Dr. Amit Yadav, the same time limits will apply to Guru Purnima and other festivals
On Chhath, green crackers can be used from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Christmas and New Year from 11:55 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Quality control
Green crackers can be identified by scanning the QR code issued by NIRI on each package
If the Air Quality Index in the city is poor or bad, fireworks will be banned that day
