Parliamentary Affairs Ministry concluded Special Campaign 6.0 running from 2 to 31 October 2026. The main objective was to permanently implement cleanliness in government offices, systematise record management and ensure timely disposal of pending matters.
During the campaign the ministry reviewed 134 physical files, of which 58 were found removable and disposed of. Additionally, 200 electronic files were reviewed, of which 117 e‑files were closed.
Senior officials led by the Secretary and Additional Secretary of Parliamentary Affairs Ministry inspected various sections and offices to assess cleanliness and workplace management standards.
Promoting Digital and Paperless Governance
These platforms streamlined administrative processes, reduced dependence on physical records and improved transparency and efficiency.
