As per the State Election Commission’s timetable, the fourth phase of Panchayati Raj institution elections‑2026 in Sawai Madhopur will commence at 11 a.m. on October 31, where Panchayat Samiti member nomination letters will be issued.
Returning Officer Shiv Raj Meena says that interested candidates can submit the commission‑prescribed deposit after the public notice is issued on October 31, obtain a receipt, and collect their nomination papers.
Nomination Assistance Centre
Two assistance centres will be set up from October 30 at the Collectorate premises of the District Information and Technology Communication Department to pre‑check and help fill nomination letters. The centres will operate from 10 a.m. on October 30 until 2 p.m. on November 4, including holidays.
Candidates can have their nomination letters checked at these centres and receive guidance to submit error‑free documents.
Provision of electoral permissions
In the morning, District Magistrate Kana Ram authorized Sub‑Divisional Magistrates to settle all necessary permissions for election‑related meetings, rallies, vehicles and sound‑amplification devices, ensuring the process remains timely and orderly.
