Bundi, 26 October – For the third and fourth phases of the 2026 Panchayati Raj general elections, involving District Council, Panchayat Samiti, Sarpanch, and Ward Panch elections, District Election Officer (District Collector) Harful Singh Yadav declared a public holiday on voting days in the relevant constituencies.
As per order, all government and semi‑government offices will be closed on voting days. If a re‑poll occurs in any area, the re‑poll date will also be declared a public holiday.
Taileda holiday dates
In the Taileda constituency, public holiday on 3 November for District Council and Panchayat Samiti members, and on 5 November for Sarpanch and Panch positions.
Fourth phase holiday areas
In Panchayat Samiti Bundi, Khattakar, Dablana, Hindoali, Nainwan, Lakhari, and Keswaraypatan, public holiday on 14 November for District Council and Panchayat Samiti members, and on 16 November for Sarpanch and Panch positions.
Order for industrial and commercial establishments
The Deputy Commissioner of District Industries and Commerce Centre and the regional manager of Reco Bundi have been instructed to ensure that staff working in establishments and institutions in the constituencies receive a public holiday on voting day.
