Jaipur, 19 October. A review meeting was held at the sub‑division office, Rampura Dabri, chaired by District Election Officer (Panchayat) Sandesh Nayak, to ensure the upcoming Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad elections are conducted free, fair and peaceful.
The meeting discussed compliance with the Model Code of Conduct, availability of minimum facilities for voters at polling stations, the status of voter lists, and the arrangements for distribution and collection of EVM machines.
The District Election Officer instructed officials to complete all election preparations on schedule, strictly observe the Model Code of Conduct, and maintain transparency and fairness in the electoral process. He also emphasized maintaining law and order during the polls, exercising special vigilance in sensitive areas, and improving coordination among all departments.
Present at the meeting were SP Rural Hanuman Meena, DCP West Prashant Kiran, Sub‑division Officer Suman Chaudhary, Tehsildar Dharmendra Swami, Naib Tehsildar Aastha Chandelia, Chaumun ACP and the station in‑charges of the concerned police stations.
