Chittorgarh, 3 November – Under the Panchayati Raj General Election‑2026, District Electoral Officer Dr. Manju and District Police Superintendent Dharmendra Singh inspected polling booths in Chittorgarh and Bhadesar Panchayat Samiti areas to review election arrangements.
Officials inspected booths 103 to 106 in Oochadi village and two booths at the ideal polling centre Devari. They also visited booth 96 at Dheerji Ka Khada in Bhadesar to gather information on polling preparations.
Discussion with polling staff
During the inspection, Dr. Manju discussed arrangements and preparations with polling staff and instructed that all necessary facilities be ensured at polling booths so voters can exercise their franchise freely in a fear‑free environment without any pressure.
Generator and electricity arrangements
On 5 November, in view of the sarpanch and ward panch elections, Dr. Manju directed that generators and electricity arrangements be secured at polling booths. He said all preparations should be completed on time to ensure a smooth polling process and that no deficiencies remain in arrangements.
