The Rajasthan Secondary Education Board has decided to issue a new answer booklet for 10th and 12th board exams from 2027. The new booklet will have 40 questions boxed on each page and an additional 8‑page copy will also be available
Board Secretary Kailash Chand Sharma said the new main answer booklets will be sent to all district education officers and old copies will not be usable at exam centres
Key changes in the new answer booklet
The new booklet will have 40 questions boxed on every page, improving clarity in writing answers
After filling the main copy, candidates will receive an 8‑page answer booklet as an additional copy, as per earlier rules
Management and storage of copies
After the exam, unused copies will be bound in 300‑page packets and labelled ‘Unused Blank Answer Booklets’
These packets will be deposited at the storage centre and recorded in the stock register to keep them safe for the next year
