Churu, 29 October. District Collector and District Magistrate Abhishek Surana issued an order appointing executive magistrates to maintain law and order in various towns and areas of the district on 08 November for Diwali, 09 November for Govardhan, and 11 November for Bhai Duj.
As per the order, Churu ADM is made overall responsible for Churu, Rajgarh, Siddhmuha, Tarana, Bhani Pura and Saradshahar, and Sujanagadh ADM for Sujanagadh, Ratanagadh, Rajlader, and Bidasar. Additionally, SDMs of Churu, Rajgarh, Tarana, Ratanagadh, Bidasar, Sujanagadh and Saradshahar are appointed as executive magistrates for their respective sub‑district areas. Accordingly, Tehsildar of Churu is appointed for Ratanagar, Tehsildar of Rajgarh for Rajgarh, Tehsildar of Siddhmuha for Siddhmuha, Tehsildar of Tarana for Sahawa, Tehsildar of Rajlader for Rajlader, Tehsildar of Saradshahar for Saradashahar, Tehsildar of Sujanagadh for Sallasar, Tehsildar of Bidasar for Chhapra, Tehsildar of Bhani Pura for Bhani Pura, and Tehsildar of Ratanagadh for Ratanagadh etc.
The District Collector directed all officials to maintain law and order and mutual harmony during festivals and to ensure no objectionable content is propagated on social media.
